Mental Health encompasses our ability to understand our struggles (and the causes) and to develop tools to navigate our thoughts and emotions effectively. In doing so we can become more resilient, self-compassionate and live rich, full and meaningful lives.
As a Registered Psychologist I provide evidence-based psychological treatment to help people traverse and overcome the difficulties associated with life’s challenges and to build skills and strategies for wellbeing. I draw on tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Wellbeing Science (aka Positive Psychology).
I see clients with a wide range of challenges, the most common being: Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Life Transitions, OCD, Relationship Problems, Bipolar Disorder, Chronic Pain, Internet Addiction, Sports Performance.

Medicare rebates available with a referral from a GP under a “Mental Health Care Plan”.
